About Us

The Spencer Health Club is located in the 4-star Spencer Hotel, near the IFSC and Dublin’s city centre. The Spencer Health Club offers members and guests the opportunity to work out in our fully equipped gym with of cardiovascular and resistance training equipment, swim in our 18-metre indoor swimming pool or relax and unwind in our sauna or steam room. (Please note for lane swims all guests must book a pool slot with the health club directly 24 hours before they check in by calling 01 433 8877.)

The Spencer Health club is located in the 4-star Spencer Hotel near the IFSC (International Financial Services Centre). Overlooking the River Liffey, just a few minutes’ walk from the IFSC, Dublin Docklands and Dublin’s city centre, making it the ideal place for your workout before or after work, or even on your lunch break. The Luas Red line Mayor Square stop is immediately behind the Spencer Health Club, making easily accessible from anywhere in the greater Dublin area.
