Boxercise is a high-intensity exercise class that combines resistance training with aerobic exercise. Boxercise is non-contact; the emphasis is on knocking your body into shape, not knocking anyone out. Using pads and gloves you will be paired up, taught core boxing techniques and then punch your body to the next level while strengthening your core and pushing your cardiac output to its maximal limit.
Pair up with someone and prepare to get sweaty! Boxfit is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.
Improve your core strength, develop great upper body definition and learn some very useful self-defence moves.
