Push and Lift is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, push and lift gives you a total body work out. Your instructor will lead you through the moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
It uses all your major muscle groups while you go through the big movements like squat, press, pull and lunge and then tires you out with the smaller muscle groups for maximum lactic acid production. So, with your choice of weight and highly-trained instructors you can get the group effect and the results you've been looking for.
Gain strength, burn fat and get conditioned. This class will transform your body for the better and also get you comfortable with the big lifts that are performed on the gym floor.
