I enjoy the feeling I have after finishing a tough workout, knowing that I did something to improve my health and fitness. Specialist Areas: Group fitness instruction classes as well as Fat Loss training. Experience: 10 years in the fitness industry and I have worked as a physical teacher in kindergarten, elementary school and high school.
Rodica TalpaPosition: Fitness Instructor/TrainerQualifications: • Certificate in Exercise & Health Fitness (CEHF) by University of Limerick (NCEF accredited) • Fitness instructor course & Personal Trainer course, EQF Level 5 • Certified in Cardio Aerobics, Step Aerobics, FitBall body conditioning, Bootcamp. Specialist Areas: • My specialist areas are HIIT classes, I find them a perfect way to combine cardio with muscle strength and conditioning. I have been working part time at the Spencer Health Club since May 2016 and I have learned so much in the past year with regard to dealing with customers and working as part of a team. What do you do? I work behind reception dealing with member’s questions and queries and helping hotel guests to enjoy their hotel stay.
