"Don't chase the glory, work hard and be satisfied"

This statement has never been more true than it is now. Social media sites like Instagram and Snapchat can be a tool for motivation to get in better health but they are also a massive hinderance for passionate health PROFESSIONALS like myself and the staff here at the club. Far too often vulnerable people see people on these sites looking awesome and telling folk that they too can achieve greatness. All too often they are selling a magic product or just looking extra followers so they can get paid to be online.

What these people don't tell you is the reality of the situation. They probably don't work full time. They're possibly half your age. Look at their parents, possibly great shape and beautiful (genetics play a massive part). They've probably a face full of make-up and numerous filters on their phone and have still took over 50 pics to get the perfect one.

Stop thinking about a quick fix. If it took you a couple of years to be in the body you have, do you seriously think it will take a magic shake, 2 pills and 6 weeks to get out of it?

Hard work, consistency, realistic goal setting based on time able to dedicate to training and acceptance of bodytype will win EVERY TIME
